Synergium Business Consultancy Inc. (SBCI) was founded by Mr. Floyd Paguio and Mr. Emmanuel Dumayas on October 26, 2015. With a sole purpose to establish the PDAC Group of Companies as a one-stop shop business service center, SBCI was then born and became its Corporate Registration and Business Compliance arm.

BUSINESS SET-UP AND REGISTRATION

We provide assistance in establishing businesses in the Philippines with relevant government regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and Local Government Unit (LGU). We also aid in securing employer's registration with the Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), and House Development Mutual Fund (HDMF).

CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING

We help implement various corporate restructuring arrangements such as increase or decrease of capital stock, conversion of debt to equity, and any other amendments to an entity's Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.

BUSINESS CLOSURE

With numerous mandatory requirements in ceasing a business, we help our clients in retiring their business with their respective Local Government Units (LGU); obtain tax clearance from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); and seek the approval of dissolution from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
