Synergium Business Consultancy Inc. (SBCI)
SBCI is the corporate compliance arm of the PDAC Group of Companies which provides a full spectrum of business consultancy services to local and foreign companies in the Philippines. A one-stop-shop services dedicated in helping clients enjoy a seamless registration process and timely compliance with government regulations.
PDAC Group Management Inc. (PGMI)
PGMI was established to serve as the backbone of operations and assist the group in managing its administrative matters such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Messengerial, Janitorial, and other administrative services. Recently, it has engaged in the outsourcing of said functions not only to those within the group, but also to some external clients.
Philippine Review Institute for Accountancy (PRIA)
PRIA is a CPA review center at the heart of Southern Metro Manila, which provides the same Manila-based quality review program. It serves as the review center of PDAC Group employees as well as students near the vicinity to pass the Licensure Exam for CPAs (LECPA). This is also one of the key benefits for PDAC employees since tuition fees are subsidized to help its staff reach their full potential in preparing for the LECPA.
Bookkeeping and Regulatory Compliance Inc. (BRCI)
BRCI was established as the Group's bookkeeping and compliance arm. It provides quality services such as, but not limited to, financial accounting services, monthly and quarterly filing of BIR tax returns, payroll management services, registration of employees for mandatory government contributions, and general accounting consultancy services.
PDAC Center for Community Services
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Center of the Group. It endeavors to give back to the community and share on the upkeep of ethics, goodness, and betterment of people's lives. It is involved in projects such as scholarships, outreach programs, blood-letting activities, and other joint projects. It embodies the spirit of "bayanihan" which is one of our core Filipino values, and intensely burns, even to this day and age.
Spin & Chill Laundry Shop
Spin and Chill was initially established as a means to support the group's effort to unify its members by providing discounted laundry services to the staff as an added benefit. This way, the group's staff will have more time for things they need to do and could focus on what really matters. It also caters to external clients in the vicinity who wish to avail of the laundry services.
PDAC Technologies Inc.
It is the Information Technology (IT) arm of the Group. It provides technical support and assistance to the Group's members to facilitate a seamless work experience, all technical issues being addressed timely. Aside from IT support, PDAC Technologies' main aim is to provide high quality, plug-and-play applications to the Group and external clients as well to boost efficiency and effectiveness in the conduct of work. Target projects include the Group's in-house Audit Workflow tool, Accounting tool, and Taxation tool.
Vida Abudante Trade and General Merchandise Inc.
Vida Abudante is the supplies logistics arm of the Group. The aim of Vida Abudante is to provide high quality office and school supplies, document solutions, office furniture and facilities management to the Group and to some external clients at competitive prices without compromising on value or service. Vida Abudante ensures that the Group would have all the supplies it would need to provide high quality service to its clients. This improves the overall cost efficiency of the Group and prevents work delays caused by unavailability of supplies.
Vida Abudante Bookshop and Publishing
It serves as provider of accounting and review materials for working professionals and review students within and outside of the PDAC Group of Companies.
Masaganang Buhay Property Corporation
This firm manages the real property endeavors of the firm. It's main goal is to provide residence to the staff including the development of properties.
